A Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is one of the highest-ranking executives in charge of all management for an organization. This vital role exists whether you're a solo-preneur or a huge organization. For this essential role, why not tap into all the resources you have available? Your intuition is called your 6th sense for a reason - because it's intended to augment your 5 physical senses. We are born six sensory beings! Let's own it and incorporate it into our lives and our businesses, and allow it to provide a richer, higher perspective. Imagine that your intuitive senses are like members of your executive team - each with their own specialties that contribute to a successful business.
How do you know it's your intuition and not your mind? Our intuition is never going to be judgmental or sound like our negative self talk. It will make you feel lighter, uplifted, inspired - not heavy, overwhelmed, or discouraged. You'll feel energized and enthusiastic - not tired and stressed. Your intuition is the voice of your soul. It is your wise voice, full of knowledge and wisdom. Yep, were talking about you! That voice is always there, we just forget to listen. Can you tell I'm passionate about helping you remember the true nature of who you are?!
At one time I lived near train tracks. The first few nights after I moved in, the train woke me up all night long. I wondered if I'd made a big mistake, and if I'd ever get a full nights rest again, but after the third night, I rarely ever noticed the train - even though it also went by regularly during the day. The first time friends or family would come over, they'd usually ask how I could stand living with the noise of the train. I had to stop and think because after those first few days my initial reaction was "What train?" Then a moment later "Oh, yea - the train."
Your intuition is like the train - it's speaking to us - and sometimes yelling at us - regularly, but we've tuned it out. I say jump on that train and ride it to places known and unknown! Use it as a resource and a vehicle to create the life and business you desire!
In this time of change it's easy for entrepreneurs and business owners to feel fearful, overwhelmed or discouraged. At the same time, many insightful entrepreneurs are using this as a time to launch, redefine, refocus, refresh or recreate their business - to check in and realign with their purpose, passions, vision and mission. When your business is in alignment with your purpose and passions, it's exciting to arise each day and express your soul's purpose in the world.
What better way to express your soul's purpose than to listen to the voice of your soul - your intuition - and fully incorporate it into the expression of your work in the world. Now that's your right livelihood!
