At the Mystic Garden Party in Chico, CA they are celebrating the DOOT, and they are also celebrating July 25th as "The Day of Love and Thanks for Water." This was started by Dr. Emoto, and he chose July 25th because he wanted to align the Prayers for Water with the Day out of Time.
